I rarely write reviews, but Abbey Party Rents showed such compassion and good service this week that I wanted to share. I had to cancel an event due to an injury/family emergency and even though the items were loaded on the truck they were extremely accomodating and compassionate. Will definitely be using them again. They have pretty good rental rates and are well organized. I went to pick up my items at will call instead of having them delivered and the staff had a very good routine in place and loaded my truck with all the rentals. It was quick and easy.
We planned a celebration of life for my Dad and Abbey Party Rents was exceptional. We contacted them very last minute and they had the tables, chairs and supplies. They delivered and picked up on time and very efficiently and the crew was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will use them again!
