Andrew was on the phone with me for a half-hour, knowing that he couldn't come today to do the job - so he was just being helpful. He talked me through what the job should entail, how much I should pay and even gave me a model number for a replacement. I wish he were available but he's got some big jobs he's in the middle of today. It's just him and his son, the company having been started by his dad. He services SDSU often.
