I was very impressed with her knowledge and friendliness. I UPS'd a copy of my 2021 taxes. Fast forward to 2023, I received a reminder to submit my tax info for 2022, which I did. About two weeks later, presto my taxes were finished. Chris Johnston then gave me a call to go over my taxes and asked a few questions to make sure I had all my legitimate deductions, dependents, special tax credits, etc. since the tax code is a moving target with new deductions each year & deductions that are eliminated.
