“I'm not a "numbers guy," so for years I procrastinated until the last minute to get my taxes done. It was always an extremely stressful time for me, because I also own rental properties. Several years ago I spent 14 excruciating months being audited by the IRS, and my prior CPA did more damage than helping me in our many meetings with the IRS agents. “I've been using my CPA for my payroll for years. I own a retail shop with about 6 employees. I would get the report on Monday of the pay week, I then calculate the break taken for each employee, import the data to an excel spreadsheet to get the total for each employee. I would then email to my CPA(who did an excellent service, no complaint there). Once I get the paystubs, I would enter the amount to another excel spreadsheet that has to calculate the actual paycheck after various deduction/additions. It's quite a work. Jeff and his team will consolidate all that into a very streamline process that still gives me control. Thanks Jeff!!“
