Shellie is the best I have been super sick and visiting her saunas has helped me detox and been a life saver. The infrared saunas are clean and I absolutely love sweating it out at the Sweat Sanctuary!
I love everything about Sweat Sanctuary! It's been a blessing getting back into self care with Pilates, yoga, and breath work! I've been to several Pilates studios but this is a peaceful place of wellness with the most amazing people!
This is a a true sanctuary and stress release for any busy professional, parent, student and anyone who needs to unwind and detox. The sauna combined with a dry brush and essential oils is amazing for skin. The variety of classes and friendly staff and instructors make it an extra special experience.
