It comes down to the people and consistency. I make a point to only go to the same person and if she left, so would I. I see too many people in and out of that business and it seems like a nice, clean environment. My opinion would be to incent the people to want to stay after you go through the effort to teach them. It must be wearing to train someone and have them leave a few months later. Not fair to the folks putting the effort into the new employees, and the paperwork! HR must be used to it or you have it streamlined.

I brought my 4 year old son after having a bad experience at one of the kids only shops. Angie was amazing! She was so friendly and fast. My son had a great experience and we will definitely be back.
