They sold and installed my new A/C unit on the roof a couple of years ago. They worked quickly, friendly and professionally then as well as whenever there is a maintenance issue.
They come in the time slots they set-up and they are trying to accommodate their customers schedule according our needs. Two thumbs up from me!
Very honest and does not do the hard sell for unnecessary repairs. I’ve dealt with A/C pirates in the past that should have the Jolly Roger on their truck and this outfit is not that. Great work at a fair price.
Great experience with South County. Super easy to set up appointment on-line. Good communication prior to the visit. Zak showed up on time. They even provide tracking to know exactly when they will arrive. Problem was diagnosed efficiently and resolved. I have heat again. I can confidently recommend South County and Zak. Don't hesitate.
