Taylor Helm and the entire Shoreline Construction team have worked on several projects for me and my family over get the years including nuanced/challenging historic remodels requiring a high level of detail, care, artistry and strategy. Taylor Helm is a very knowledgeable and experienced builder who gets it done, and done right, no matter what the challenge. I want to personally thank Taylor and the team here for all the work they did for us over the years. Taylor is beyond a builder to us but a friend as well. 5-Stars +++ . Taylor was a consummate professional on every level. He is professional, responsive, honest, and flexible when changes needed to be made. He was personally involved from the permit process through final construction. My design was specific and nuanced, and he managed his crew and subs to ensure every detail was build to the spec and design I wanted. I would not hesitate hiring Shoreline Construction and Taylor Helm.
I hired Shoreline Construction Inc. to build a new, ground-up restaurant in the heart of San Clemente’s downtown Del Mar district. This project was closely monitored by the City Planning Department and carefully observed by the community, as it was located next to the historic Community Center & Library and marked the first new development on the main street in decades.
Shoreline delivered an exceptional product in a timely and well-organized manner.
