Had an issue with a mask. Provided proof of purchase and the proof of the issue. They sent out a brand new mask within 3 hours of the last email. Had it shipped from California to my home via FedEx express in Miami, Florida in 3 days. Now that is some damn good customer service.

Diving, spearfishing and adventuring to locate and land fish was made easy with my float, speargun and mask. I found all my needs in one place and the customer service was what I needed. They even host safety events and fundraise for charity and I appreciate the community aspect of this business.
