Super gentle, and has a conservative and informative approach. Joanne, is also a joyful and lovely face to be greeted by when booking an appointment, and being checked in/out. I have chronic hip/back pain from a rare spinal infection I had 2 yrs ago. I feel very blessed to have found caring and gentle hands to promote a healthy spine

I've been going to Dr. Roth for many years and he is by far the best chiropractor in South County. I have tried others but no one compares. He's a no fluff, get to the bottom of it right away kind of Doctor. Somehow I always feel better after one visit. I'm my husband has had serious back problems and says Dr. Roth is magic. We have tried acupuncture and expensive holistic types of treatments, but at the end of the day the bottom line is Dr. Roth always helps us the most. Thank you Dr. Roth!!

I've been going to Dr. Roth for years now. I followed him to his new location on Camino de los Mares. He is professional and knowledgeable. I always get relief when he does an adjustment. I also appreciate that he does not try to sell me any vitamins, treatments or other health products. Joann in the front office is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Massage therapists are available as well. Kudos to South Coast Chiropractic!
