Best Barber Shops In San Clemente

“I'd recommend David. Great guy, knows what he's doing. Highly skilled and personable. Immaculate station. However barbershop does not seem to be well managed. Front desk area has never been fixed from unfortunate car damage 9 months ago. Most stations/barbers don't seem to know how to use a broom, frankly embarrassing. Standards have definitely slipped recently. Appears owner is not providing needed oversight.“

“I can't speak for other stylists here but Mike is the GOAT. I liked a previous barber that was here who moved and when Mike took care of me he took a lot of time and asked me questions of what I wanted to do with my hair.

If you want extra time to talk with the stylist I'd reccomend NOT going on the weekend esp.Sunday (military service members all come that day). Ask them when it will be slow and make an appointment ahead of time (though they do welcome walk ins)

He gave me an awesome burst fade mullet last time and I just came back a second time. The military guys were here so it was busy but I didn't wait long and Mike still did a phenomenal job despite it being so busy. He's also just a really nice dude to talk to while you get a haircut. I was lowkey having a bad day and chatting with him cheered me up a bit. He uses a straight razor for clean lines which I've never seen before and it impresses me.

Shop has a lot of space, very clean, isn't cramped even when busy, has good music, very clean restroom.

I'm a little perplexed by the bad reviews on here. If you didn't like a particular barber, ask for Mike and he will take care of you. Bring cash or set up Zelle for payment. I actually prefer this since there's no credit card fees or etc.
