“Decent haircut for a decent price. I’ll be honest I asked for something different on my last cut and just wasn’t happy with the results. I felt like I wasn’t taken care of and left with a bad cut. The cut prior to that I also was not happy with. Normally they are consistent good haircuts but lately it feels like the Irvine store is lacking that consistency I depend on.“

“First time haircut and razor shave with Maia (the owner, who is from Vietnam originally) and I was very happy. I have tried a few local barbers in Foothill Ranch, LF and Irvine and plan to return here regularly.

What I liked?
- Booking was easy & seamless via website.
- Relaxed atmosphere, I felt like I was part of the family :)
- Maia is very kind hearted, attentive, skilled, experienced barber, & a lovely person to talk to. She has a kind touch and felt like I had her full attention & she understood how I wanted my hair styled. I felt very well looked after and I was very happy with the service.
- Haircut (short clipped sides and back and small trim on top), electric razor to tidy up beard, hot foam & straight razor shave, hot towel on face, balm, nice relaxing hair shampoo; almost like a spa experience!
- the products, foam, towel, shampoo are all high quality & smell great, i felt totally relaxed, would like to try head massage & facial one time for extra pampering!
- Cost was average to the area; prices are on their website; with a $20 tip and credit card transaction it was $76.93 total
- Wife approved the end result, so we are good!

What could be improved?
- Nothing! maybe offered some Vietnamese coffee or tea next time to feel like I am in Vietnam! (but there is Starbucks next door! ;)“
