“I contacted Chris Johnston, CPA & Diana Orlando's (EA & notary public) last April about doing our 2022 taxes in 2023. Diana was very busy finishing up the 2021 tax year and took the time to answer all my questions. Diana is an EA "Enrolled Agent" which means she is able to represent clients in front of the IRS. I was very impressed with her knowledge and friendliness. I UPS'd a copy of my 2021 taxes. Fast forward to 2023, I received a reminder to submit my tax info for 2022, which I did. About two weeks later, presto my taxes were finished. Chris Johnston then gave me a call to go over my taxes and asked a few questions to make sure I had all my legitimate deductions, dependents, special tax credits, etc. since the tax code is a moving target with new deductions each year & deductions that are eliminated. That same day my wife and I received docusign documents to virtually sign. All done! I was impressed with the friendliness, knowledge, and ease of doing business with Chris & Diana. Thank you.
