However, since it was close to tax day, they recommended that I walk in. I arrived 30 minutes before opening and a line of 10 people quickly formed. To my surprise, they had a convenient QR code by the window where I could input my name and number and be added to a virtual waiting list. This allowed me to leave and come back when it was my turn.
