“Hands down the most responsive and honest plumber we have ever worked with. We own an older home in San Mateo so we've had LOTS of experience with plumbers over the years and I always felt completely fleeced. Recently our sewage backed up on the street, we had a "reputable" company come to check it out... yada yada yada... they start doing their thing and all of a sudden it looks like we will be replacing all the piping under our home, costing a fortune. I did my due diligence and got a second opinion... Rafael shows up within four hours of our initial call... sticks a camera into the pipes... 10 min later he knocks on my door let me know it's the cities back up problem, gives me the number to call and voila.. a couple hours later we are out of the woods! Did I forget to mention... he did this completely free of charge?? Guy is a class act. Just call him already!“
