I called Mike on Monday about my dryer and his son, Wesley, came out on Tuesday in the quoted time. Wesley knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed my dryer (and cleaned out the unit) in a few hours. I was very happy to have my dryer fixed. Mike is the only person that I contacted that knows how to fix a Wedgewood Dutch oven. Others claimed they could but had no idea what to do when they showed up. Mike def knows what he is doing. Very knowledgeable, and even taught me some useful tricks.
