I've consistently received excellent service here. Making appointments online is a breeze, and the platform streamlines communication with my doctors, as well as storing all my health records in one place. I've never had to endure long wait times, which is remarkable. Despite some negative Yelp reviews, I suspect they might stem from isolated bad experiences, unlike my catastrophic encounter with Kaiser near downtown Redwood City - what a nightmare that was! Here, even walk-ins are met with short wait times, thanks to their efficient appointment system. Both primary care and specialist appointments have been top-notch. My favorite Sutter center. Care is easy to book, there's always parking and you can get seen quickly. If you make an appointment for urgent care, you get seen quickly too. You just need to make the appointment the night before. I've had mostly good experiences with the doctors here too. The facilities are nice and new.
