Dr. Jhin is the best! She listens to my concerns, clearly explains my options, and makes me feel comfortable. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Every visit feels like I’m talking to someone who cares. The results have been amazing — I couldn’t be happier!
I had such a great experience today with my whole experience today and will be back more often for sure! From Allison at the front desk who was so personable and helpful with product information (as well as treatment information). From her I bought Elta MD UV Skin Recovery spf 50 and she provided a variety other samples - so exciting!! Jasmine was also so personable as well and explained my treatment care well for getting skin tag removals at this visit and then in explaining another treatment that I was interested in with very thoroughly which I scheduled with Allison afterwards . As a guy I wasn’t sure what to expect in a dermatology practice but Dr Jhin and the people there were great. It was an easy experience.
Went in for a skin issue and asked about some other things that were on my mind. Ended up getting testosterone pellets which has been a major game changer for me. Also Dr Jhin used a laser on sun spots on my face and it looks clear now.
Dr Jhin is a pro, knows what she’s doing and explained how and why it works. Will go back for sure.
