We needed to refinish our 61 year old red oak floors. Researched who could safely do it. We picked Peninsula Floors and couldn’t be any happier. Just was wonderful to work with and was very honest and upfront to what the finished product would look like. We agreed the natural color would look best. It took about 10 days and the results were amazing. It turned out way better than my highest expectation. Also need to point out we previously had new 5 inch baseboards installed and virtually no damage to them. They keep us abreast of what the progress was. Juan and his crew are the very definition of professional.
We hired Peninsula Flooring to install SPC flooring throughout our condo and we had a very positive experience working with Juan and his team. From start to finish, they were very professional, responsive, and very hardworking. They kept us informed with progress updates and were always willing to answer our questions.
There were a few minor things that needed additional work, but what really stood out was how the team handled them. They took the time to address the issues properly rather than rushing the job. Their commitment to getting the details right gave us a lot of confidence in the final result.

I am so glad that I decided to go with Peninsula hardwood floors to refinish my 70 year-old home. I had just torn up wall-to-wall carpeting two years ago and have been putting off the project for way too long. The difference is incredible. The old floor was damaged by the failure of the carpet underpad that had soaked into the wood. I thought it was non-repairable, but Juan from Peninsula said no we can make that look like new so I went ahead with the bid and the results are way above my expectations. Even all of the loud squeaks in the floor are completely gone truly, one of the best decisions I’ve made in my home of The past 32 years thank you so much!
