Called Pacific Plumbing to have them come out to replace garbage disposal. The first thing Nathan did was to ask to use my bathroom which was out of the ordinary. Kind of unprofessional. The guys from the past never asked. Also there was time leftover for the appt. Usually, the other guys would ask if there was anything else they could do but Nathan just left.

The Pacific Plumbing team has done 3 projects at our house: 2 drain line installations and one urgent hot water heater replacement. Every time they are courteous, explain in detail their plan, and thoroughly clean up. Our city inspectors even complement their work. For one drain line project we had 3 other plumbers say it couldn't be done but Pacific carefully measured and came up with a creative solution. They are not the cheapest option but their expertise and care has been worth the extra expense every time.
