This is where I met Charmaine and Sarah. TWO ANGEL hearts! Charmaine Bridgens is my therapist. Whom I refer to her as Mrs Charming as "CHARM" is part of her name and for being so wonderfully charming and diligent in her counsel and positive reinforcement support of me. This review is specifically for Jaimie Lyons. I am beyond lucky to have been Jaimie's care for roughly a year. Jaimie was nothing but professional while I worked with her over eight visits. I was able to make breakthroughs in my personal and professional relationships as a result of our time together. Jaimie made outstanding recommendations for care outside of Stanford. I especially appreciate her reading recommendations. I would recommend her to any friend or family member seeking help with problems at home or in a professional setting. Frankly, I am surprised at Anna's poor review. Was there a mix up? Because, none of the behavior she describes sounds anything... read full review

One Life is a valuable part of our mental health support system in San Carlos! Our team of therapists works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with a diversity of approaches from Art Therapy to CBT.
I am proud to be part of this team serving our community and offering sliding scale therapy to those in need. We also have regular food donations for our clients, as well as support groups and fun evenings like our poetry nights. There are even a few of us with loving canines in our offices!
