I dropped off my $300 sweater amongst a few other items to get dry cleaned. Never have I washed this sweater as it is expensive, I have only ever dry cleaned. When I came back to pick up my items, I noticed once I got to the car and started hanging them up that my sweater was now faded and the elastics had lost its shape. I immediately knew that it was put in the washer and dryer and not dry cleaned as I paid for. * Update I sent them an email as the owner advised, but there was no response whatsoever. I am always in support of small businesses, but cannot tolerate ignorance and disrespect. The place needs to step up, or they will lose their customers due to unprofessional and poor business practices.
Do not bring your clothing here! They ruined my $700 jacket. They clearly do not know how to handle suede or leather. There was no apology, nothing. Unprofessional and poor business practices.

I have used dynast clears for over 15 years since we live so close in redwood shores. They offer pickup and delivery. I usually drop off stuff and they get it back to me the following week without delay. Great quality. Reasonable prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. For routine customers, they provide branded laundry bags for easy identification and use. Highly recommended.
