The owner of this small business really believes in providing excellent customer service! We ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered. On the evening of the delivery day, she contacted us to let us know that no one was home to receive the arrangement and no one was answering the phone. She offered to try the delivery the following morning, even though it was a day before the busy Valentine’s Day deliveries! She had the arrangement delivered in the early morning, followed up with a phone call and a text showing the arrangement was left at the front door. I wanted to send flowers to a friend who had just lost her pet and was devastated and Bloom Sunshine Flowers came through with flying colors. The flowers were hand delivered and absolutely stunning. They were fresh, fragrant, and the presentation was so pretty and most importantly they made my friend happy and brightened her day. Thank you so much for helping me do that for her! I am very happy with the wonderful job Bloom Sunshine Flowers did for a 70th Birthday plant and flower arrangement today. They were very creative with the adding flowers to a beautiful plant and adding balloons. My friend was so happy and loved the arrangement.
