After much too long an interval from the last time, this company cleaned my carpet and after two necessary rescheduling (one due to weather and one due to illness.) Jimmy came to clean my carpets on December 3. I took the dog out for the duration while my son was here to supervise and help shift furniture around when needed. Jimmy let me know when he was on his way and that would’ve put his arrival time a little earlier than we had agreed so I asked him if he wouldn’t mind waiting 15 minutes for me to pull myself together and get out out of the garage with the dog afnd he said that was just fine. I've used Baker's Chem-Dry for at least a decade and trust their work totally. Their workers are very well trained about how to clean and prolong the life of carpets. They are also highly professional, on time, well dressed, polite, personable and mindful of your budget.

Scheduling was a snap, and the gentleman who cleaned the carpets was SO friendly, helpful and courteous! I was shocked at how much dirt and cat hair was in the carpets even though they had been cleaned 6 months earlier. And the price is right!
