Fidelity home warranty sent Rick to fix our shower mixer valve after they had sent a different plumber to diagnose it. Rick was very responsive and easy to schedule then when he came he did a great job confirming the issue, going to get a replacement part, and fixing it very quickly and efficiently. We would hire him directly if we have future issues.

A truly wonderful experience! Our plumber was punctual and super communicative. He showed up the same day he got the call for some non-emergency repairs, diagnosed the issues and came back the next day after getting the necessary parts (supply stores were closed on Sundays) to fix our shower and drain. He was super efficient and had us fully repaired in under an hour. He’s such a pleasant guy, I couldn’t recommend him more.

Rick from Tavor Plumbing is super attentive and professional. Our water heater died due to age and he responded immediately and completed the work in a timely fashion. I'm sure everyone that calls him considers it an emergency, and he understood our needs and made completing our job a priority. He even saved us additional money by talking us through installing a new valve that was corroded at no extra cost. We will definitely call him again. Highly recommended!
