I made an appointment on the website and showed up a little early just in case, luckily they were able to check me in right away. Christian was a great help, provided great service and care.

I use their app and their unlimited haircut deal they got I have short hair so I'd like to go twice a month, with the app I make an appointment. I've never had an issue been going for many years, with the use of the app my appointment a lot of times earlier. I show up 15 to 20 minutes early and they accommodate me.I've been using Floridaliza and Gloria for years even through Covid and I've just never had an issue and I leave with a smile so feel free to make an appointment and tip your hair stylist. They take good care of people there.

Customer service is amazing here! For as short staffed as they are, the two ladies helping me and my husband were so friendly and quick. I would recommend an appointment for sure! Walk-ins are welcome but appointments the way to go!
