Never gonna return to this EXPENSIVE hair place in San Bruno.
Today I went in for a blow-dry the lady FLOR she said that's her name, but I saw Lillian written on the license posted on the mirror, she said she's from Mexico, charged me $80 for a Ugly, frizzy blow-dry. I was so upset and dissatisfied with the service I asked for a flat iron, perhaps it will fix the problem, she doesn't even know how to blow-dry. She doesn't even have the tools to do a simple blow-dry. She took out her $1.99 flat iron and started using it on my hair and it was pulling my hair, she was hurting me. I needed a haircut for my boys before a big trip we were taking. I'm so grateful because they were able to accommodate such short notice and the hair cutter did a wonderful job! She was very careful, gentle, and quick - the perfect combination for two young boys with lots of energy!

Got my cut from Lien I think her name was. Cool chick. Knows what she's doing and faded the hair well from the 0 on the sides upwards. Chill vibes, clean, will make this my regular.
