Dr. Sherryl Quong and her staff are amazing, they explained my insurance benefits clearly and I did not feel pressured to perform any testing that is not covered by insurance. Unlike other offices, Dr. Sherryl Quong also does not charge for contact lens fitting if there is no change on the prescription.
This is the best optical experience I've ever had! Everyone is friendly and kind and I've never had a delay or unexpected reschedule.I got to see all the details of my exam, Dr Quong walked me through the images of my eye, explained what she looks for and how my eye looks. Always provides extra info.Getting my prescription is a breeze compared to other places that seem reluctant to provide it because they want you to order your glasses through them only.The reminder text messages and setting up appts over text are great and so easy compared to other places that don't use good communication methods, and having to play phone tag.This place is great and I can't recommend...read full review
Terrific customer service from Jeremy again!When I arrived for my appointment with my new prescription, he had already checked that the frames I had bought for my last three pairs of glasses were no longer available. He had picked out some possible replacement options, and his first choice turned out to be my first choice, too. He always handles the ordering, insurance details, etc., quickly and professionally. So glad to have found this great neighborhood business.
