JCPenneys at Tanforan Mall usually has what I need, and the men's section is big. I bought my boots there, and clothes, like my Levi jeans. Great prices! It's definitely not as full of clothes as in the past, but there are still a lot to choose from. Lots of parking.
I had the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time a woman named Candace helped me return and exchange my suit with no problems no hassle very informative on future purchases just wanted to say thank you
We went to find out about the JC Penny portrait studios and to see if they offer gift packages which unfortunately they don't... but what you can do is purchase a JC Penny gift card in the amount of the photo package you want.Here's a tip: Groupon and JC Penny website have coupons so be sure to check it out leaving you $$ to be able to order extra pictures or whatever you want to do.
