JC Penney salon in San Bruno is the best salon ever! All the stylists there are friendly, helpful and just down right great people! Very informal atmosphere with all of us sharing laughs and stories! Well this is loooong overdue! My stylist is Sabina Khan. The best hands in the city! Not only is she an amazing colorist but also very skilled in cutting too. I had different style bob haircuts over the years with color for gray and highlights and low lights. Wow! Just wow! I had long hair and I felt like chopping off everything. I went to this place since its very close to where i live. For just 30$ i had wonderful haircut and blowdry. Three weeks later I went back for highlights and to I have been this girl who always loved playing with hair and this time I was extremely happy. Infact I had no color choices of my own and it was my hair specialist( found in the mirror) helped me with choosing the color. Must visit if yu want a complete hairdo 💁 ‍♀️

I went to get a hair cut here last week. Told Digna that I wanted the Farrah Fawcett feathered style. I had to tell her to not forget to feather my hair. She said that one part of my hair didnt cooperate and that it was wavy. Then she decided she wanted to use the curling iron and thar ahe usually would charge extra but that she wouldnt charge me. Ahe really didn't even know what the Farrah faucet hair style was about. She didnt even feather the front part of my hair or anything. Had to even tell her to texturizer my bangs cause otherwise she woukdnt have done it.
