I went here for a DOT med card. This Doctors office is very good as I've seen many in 30+ yrs driving trucks.The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful there. Go there you'll be happy you did. All the secretaries are 10's too!
Quick and painless, don't even need an appointment. Just walk-in, pay $70 cash, they have an atm inside so it's convenient, and they take care of you pretty quick. Nice and friendly people.
