My mom has seen Dr. Wayman Merrill several times over the year. During her most recent visit, he prescribed a medication that contained an ingredient she is allergic to. When my mom called to discuss the issue and express her concerns, she felt dismissed and blamed rather than listened to. The interaction came across as rude and unprofessional, especially considering the seriousness of prescribing medication that could have caused a severe allergic reaction. Patient safety and communication should always be taken seriously, and this experience was very disappointing. Don not recommend this place to anyone!

Honestly horrible service, don't go here, doctor had absolutely no clue how to talk to patients, she kept saying how it could be one thing but it couldn't because of other symptoms, there's was still a possibility it could be that but again it probably wasn't. She did this for various explanations as to what it could be to the point that it was just exhausting keeping up with what she was saying. Even after labs she could not give a conclusive diagnosis and she ended up telling me that my vitamin D was low but that it has nothing to do with my back pain. Very bad experience, you shouldn't go there, the doctor even made fun of me because I asked for some studies. He spoke very rudely to me and was difficult with references. Bad health provider.
