It is good but I know it can be better. One lesson I learned is is better to have a driver's license for cheaper insurance. But I still appreciate the time I lasted here and for get me insured.

This is a good insurance if you’re desperate and don’t have the best record or if you simply need coverage. Constant “fees” and “forgotten charges” every other month. Be lucky if you get a CSR that knows what they’re doing or be prepared to wait about an hr for a possible solution to your problem. Over all starting the policy is easy and good, best customer service in a while but once they’ve got you they DONT care. Pay up or leave type of place.

Very bad service, rude. I’m asking for help and they say they call back but they never do. If you have a problem with your policy. You have to figure it out on your own. Would not recommend this place
