Urgent Family Care provides quick and caring medical attention. Dr. Campbell is a thorough and caring physician who has helped many patients. The clinic is a better alternative to hospital emergency rooms, with shorter wait times and more personalized care. Staff members are kind and helpful, making patients feel cared for. Some patients have been misusing the system, seeking narcotics for recreational use, which can create issues. However, for those in genuine need, the clinic is fast and efficient, with kind receptionists who prioritize patient care.
I am in San Bernardino for business and required medical attention for a foot issue. Dr. Campbell attended me. He is one of the most thorough and caring physicians I have ever met. Thank you Dr. Campbell.
A lot better than going to the Emergency Room at any hospital. Each time I go there is only 1 or 2 people besides me. Nice people helping me every time. No ramp near the door. That's the only thing wrong here.
Only 4 people before me upon arrival, as more checked in to be seen, the number of people waiting to be seen before me increased to 7. At about an hour and a half later, I was then placed in a room only to wait another hour more for the doctor to finally see me.
