I was honestly about to leave the office after reading some negative Google reviews. I had been referred here by Little Smile Dentistry and didn’t do much research beforehand I just scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have all four of her wisdom teeth removed.
While sitting in the waiting room, I started second-guessing my decision and was ready to walk out. Thankfully, the front office staff member, Melanie, noticed and kindly asked if everything was okay. I explained my concerns, and she was very understanding. She reassured me and took the time to make me feel comfortable staying, which I really appreciated.
