Not the last time I went but the time before that my intake nurse was rude and was talking to her coworkers for 20+min in the reception box while I'm waiting to be taken back. it had already been at least 40 min past my appointment time. When she takes me back she had a horrible attitude acting like I'm the one inconviencing her at her job she gets PAID to do. . Then I notice.... She's wearing meta glasses.. The little light wasn't on so I thought nothing of it until I just recently saw a video where people can pay to have the light removed to record without people knowing. Hate it here every time I come here with an appointment it takes 30min- 1 hour just to be brought back then they take vitals and have you sit in the room and wait another hour before you get seen example: my appointment was at 330 I arrived at 315 brought back at 4 and it's now 455 and still haven't been seen don't get me started if you have multiple children they will not let your children come in with you only one they never are able to make multiple appointments in one day the lady's in the Mt Vernon office are very rude I've had to talk to the manager a few times even explaining that I'm a single mom and I have to bring my kids they told me I could bring one and...read full review

As a first time patient horrible front office service….waited 2 hrs and left plus they lost my insurance cards and ID they couldn’t find them. I work in a clinic and our evals are in by 15 minutes… horrible they just lost a total of 4 patients.. not coming back here they deserve no stars
