I've waited an hour. There were only two customers before me. A stylist just working. I decided to wait because I was told that another one would arrive soon. After 10 minutes the other stylist arrives, who is younger but the older lady sits down and decides not to work anymore!!! I've waited 40 minutes and no one says a word to me. not good afternoon or anything. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. It takes an hour for a haircut. I understand that someone can be slow but what I cannot tolerate is the lack of education and indifferent treatment of the customer.

Tenía cita, llegue 10mins tarde por el tráfico llame para avisar y no me respetaron mi cita sabiendo que manejo 1hr solo para ir ahí y la señora no quiso llamar a la muchacha para desirle que estaba ahí
