Brought my Xbox Series X in for an overheating issue, the very next day they said it's fixed and after testing it on the games that made it sound like a jet engine it's as silent as it was the day I bought it 5 years ago. Great customer service they answered the questions I had immediately. I highly recommend reaching out if you have a console issue. They have a website where you can see prices for services up front and you can even mail it in or if you are like me and paranoid mailing electronics you can drop it off and pick it up when it's ready.
10/10 also a really dope nostalgic retro games shop I will be checking out on the side for some games I loved as a kid

My son's Xbox series X needed to have the HDMI fixed. I will definitely recommend SBL Games great price, same day service plus they deliver my item which is awesome 👍 The cashier guy is very helpful he understood what I was try to explain very patient and polite. The repair guy amazing Very helpful and quick to respond to my text messages answered all my questions and gave me helpful information. He even delivered my item which I really appreciate. I got my ps5 fixed here about a year or so ago. The hdmi had issues. When I called for an appointment he was in another location and when I arrived I waited for more than an hour because he forgot about me. When he arrived I paid for the 2 day fix. Fast forward two days, he told me to meet him at the riverside location and again I waited another hour since he was late. When I got my ps5 back I STILL had the same issue. Not only that but he forgot to hook up the light on the ps5. Till this day I have the issue and that’s my fault. But I paid over 200 for the service and didn’t even get the problem fixed and got another issue with it. I am writing this review now because everytime my ps5 cuts out I get reminded about this, I have ADHD so I forget to write a review, but here I am 1am writing this review still upset about paying the amount I did and still having the hdmi issue.
I did reach out to the guy the day after I got it fixed and he said to take it in…. I did not take it back in because I didn’t wanna lose out a whole day waiting for him and wasting my time again. I live 2 hours away for work and don’t have time for someone to arrive late and hold my ps5 for two days to mess it up again.

Best price in town hands down, was about 3-4 days turn around and he even delivered my Xbox to my front door. Would 10/10 recommend.

Fixed the HDMI port and liquid metal in my PS5 much quicker than anticipated and delivered to my home promptly. Fair prices for great services. Thank you SBL games! :)

He was very helpful helping me attempt to fix my device before I sent it in and quick to fix it and send me videos of him fixing it.
However, another problem with the device came up that I wanted to help him fix, but he ignored me, letting the issue drag out for 2 weeks while he had my customer's order all while spamming me with random Instagram posts to get me to respond, even though he was the one ignoring my requests to help him. I am a novice technician but seemingly have more experience with the device I sent in. He kept dodging my suggestions and requests to help, all the way to the end when it randomly started working.

Fixed my ps5 in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a console repair, the atmosphere of the shop was also very nice!

I went there couple weeks ago for my ps5 hall affect joystick it took him couple of days I didn't mind since I have another controller but when I got it man I felt the difference on the joystick I will come back again to get my other controller fixed. If you want it back fast don't rush the guy let him work he might have other items or other things going around him. I'll come back anytime I'll send him people to . Thanks again for this fixed I appreciate it. Is 60bucks for hall affects joysticks
