This is a review for the pure vision in Moreno Valley. The staff at the Moreno Valley location are so much more professional and friendly than the San Bernardino location. I will drive the 30 mins extra any time. The staff are caring and understanding. Especially Ruby, she's delightful and has great patient rapport. Just A+. Both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Bowman are great as well, very knowledgeable and friendly. Love them. But dislike dealing with the staff at the SB location

I've been going to the optometrist at this location for 20 years since Dr. Dean was there. I heard wonderful things when Dr. Nguyen took over and tried my hardest to make an appointment during my short visit to CA. This review does not reflect the doctors or their skills since I never even got a chance to speak/meet them. This is in entirely a review of the appointment making process/front desk.First of all, the phone rings non-stop with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail until it's after hours (of the entire Costco and only through the Costco general number). Second, even if they call you back, they leave the same business number that rings indefinitely to call back. I called back within a minute of a missed call because I was driving and the phone kept ringing for eternity again with no answer. Finally, I went in person hoping to be a walk-in (as written on their door) but was told they stopped taking walk-ins and asked me to make an appointment, something I had been trying for the past week! The front desk person gave me an appointment for two days later eventually, and I even got a text message to confirm the appointment. But when I called again because I had a question (and to possibly change the time), again with the phone ringing forever!! Seriously, please get call waiting, a voicemail system, more staff in the front office, or all of the above! Even after all that, I still would have come here for an eye exam IF I could just get through to speak with the staff. But at this point, it is much easier to get an eye exam elsewhere.
