Armando from NIck and Son's Towing was exceptional! I scheduled the tow the day before and asked them to be on time at 10am. Armando was twenty minutes "early." The flatbed truck was immaculately clean. Armando was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience. My car's brake caliper came lose on the freeway, luckily I was able to exit safely & pull over to a gas station. When insurance was contacted Nick & Son's was appointed to me with an ETA of 90 minutes from the time of request... Hector with Nick & Son's got to us within no more than 30 minutes! Hector hooked my car up to the truck quickly & efficiently & was very friendly. By far the BEST tow experience I have ever had & I can only hope my insurance company would appoint them to me if ever needed again in the future! 5 stars no doubt!!!

Broke down on the freeway in work vehicle , Nick came very fast and was very professional and efficient, got me back to my office in no time. And the operator was extremely helpful and even kept me updated on arrival time. Thank you guys!
