When my temporary crown came off, I returned to this office to have it reattached. However, before the procedure could even begin, the front desk receptionist insisted that I pay upfront—despite the fact that I have always paid after receiving services in the past. I felt disrespected by the implication that I might not be able to pay, especially considering my consistent payment history, even in cases where I was unable to attend an appointment. In one instance, I paid a no-show fee for a procedure that was not only expensive but also not clearly disclosed to me when the appointment was scheduled. The omission of the cost felt intentional, which raises concerns about transparency.
Additionally, I’ve noticed a pattern of handing patients products or recommending services without first informing them of the cost. This can place patients in uncomfortable situations where they feel pressured into purchases. There also appears to be an aggressive push for elective treatments such as “fast braces,” which are presented without sufficient explanation or context.
That said, I want to acknowledge the excellent care provided by the dentist and the hygienist. They are both skilled, professional, and courteous. My concerns are directed solely at the front desk experience. I strongly recommend that the front office staff undergo additional training in customer service, transparent communication, and ethical presentation of services and costs to improve the overall patient experience.

I can’t thank Dr. Mary Azadeh Afzali and her team enough for the amazing work they’ve done for my smile. With FastBraces, Dr. Afzali was able to correct my smile in just 10 months, which would have taken 3 years with traditional braces or even required a surgical procedure to address my underbite. Her expertise and dedication to her patients truly shine through, and her staff has been friendly, and professional throughout my entire experience. I used to be a surgical patient for my open bite and I am terrified of surgeries and than the expenses for a surgery would cost a lot but thankfully I got an ad in the mail aboit lifetime Dental and immediately called to make an appointment because I couldn't take the pain from my big open bite and I couldn't take a bite of my sandwich. I found the dentist place where I can get my mouth fixed without surgery and major approvement happened with my bite and now in just a month or 2 I will be done and will show my journey here for everyone to see! Thank you Lifetime Dental ??

The staff of the office was nice and helpful. I did have to wait to meet the doctor but she was nice. Thanks to them, my teeth are straight. I would recommend coming to this place.
