I was in the area for an unfortunate family matter and as it was an emergency trip, I had not packed a bathing suit. Turns out I needed one when we used the hot tub to try to alleviate the unbearable tension. Off to JCP I went with my JCP card in hand. Unfortunately, it was an hour to closing and I guess due to JCP policies, all fitting rooms were already closed. That’s my only reason for 4 stars. The staff tried valiantly to assist me with finding an open fitting room to no avail. So I had to eyeball it for the size but found a lovely swimsuit that I was happy to take home and add to my collection. Didn’t hurt that it was half off too.

JCPenny Salon ,11/17 Thank You so much Jacquelyn for everything. You made my (bonus)granddaughters 1st time at a salon, feel so comfortable. You did more than cut ,you showed you cared and loved what you do. She was so happy with the turn out and said she wants to go back. Again Thank You !!!

Marie the cashier had excellent customer service!! She helped my boyfriend out with online store coupons and was accommodating. Such a sweetheart!! She deserves a raise. Definitely coming back
