I bought a deal on Groupon for three massages, they came with three sauna sessions and a massage. I have gone twice and both times they gave me a massage but said the weather was to hot and they did not allow me to use the sauna. I have tried to make my last appointment and I can not seem to get ahold of anyone. The phone just rings. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible location. Urine and feces around building. Staff never showed up for scheduled message service. Unable to make contact with them. Very bad place of business in bad area

Well....after going to get a massage somewhere else after l went here l can say that the young man James did not give me a massage but only focused on pressure points which l was sore for days after, it wasn't soothing, besides from his nails being long and them digging into my skin that was awkward l didn't want to be rude but l wish l hadn't come here and spend my money :(

Although they where very polite, the location was dirty, their bathroom had mold, the sheets where dirty and actually had debris on them that I had to wipe off before laying down. They male masseuse was a bit unprofessional with his conversation, uneven with his pressure and kept scratching me. Overall, not a pleasurable experience.

I came here on a Groupon and was hesitated due to the location. After reading the great Groupon reviews, I decided to take a chance and try it out (it's literally down the street from my work). The building is older building but they do their best to keep it up with pretty pictures, nice paint and very clean. I filled out all the necessary paperwork and met with my therapist "James." We sat down and discussed my needs, eating habits, past surgeries, medical issues, allergies, areas of pain and my sciatic nerve. He was very sympathetic, caring, passionate and sympathetic towards my needs. During my massage session he would ask if the level of pressure wasn't enough, too much or too less! Excellent questions to get more of an understanding of my body and pain levels etc. He was great and God sent considering I've been everywhere all over the Inland Empire! I came out feeling refreshed, relaxed and most of all out of my pain & discomfort. I've been coming here for over 6 months and love it! My therapist James Johnson is the best and each time I've came in he always ask me my areas of pain, any medical issues that may have changed etc. They always answer the phone and adjusted towards my crazy work schedule if needed. Their hours are limited but they are the best and worth waiting until their back open. All the staff members are very nice, restrooms are clean with plenty of toilet paper. They ask how the room temperature is and how my massage was, etc!? I continue to appreciate this place and feel safe every time I come here too! Everyone practices all Covid-19 measures. I give them the highest recommendation.
