NEED A NEW ROOF? Call Al Thien at HP Roofing Pro, who installed a coated roof system at our retail building in Arcadia, CA in 2023. Our questions were addressed through the contract process and the installation went very smoothly. Each year Al's crew conducts a maintenance service to inspect the roof, clear debris, make minor repairs (patches), and report on any issues (e.g., a drain was clogged, causing rainwater to pond in a corner of the roof). We receive a report with photos following the maintenance. We pay for the annual maintenance but feel it's well worth it to maintain the roof for the long-term.

We just found out that our company's roof needs to be replaced. The team and the skipper were fantastic. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, were trustworthy, and finished the work on schedule. I hope we won't need a new roof for at least another 15 to 20 years, but if we do, I would deal with these men once more without hesitation.
