This is totally my new favorite place! The ladies were so kind, and I feel so excited that there is a place I can go that caters to the needs of my diet! (high protein, low cal, low sugar). The lemonade was fantastic and the Chocolate Peanut Butter shake kept me so full and satisfied every craving. This place is a gem!

INCREDIBLE. Thank you Candyce and Tawnya. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by these incredible ladies. Please get to know their stories. Candyce has been doing this work for 30 years! She has the person’s health in mind, and that’s so rare here in the United States. I got to have a mint chocolate smoothie and unsweetened tea. Both of them doesn’t taste anything cheap or substitutional. I took one sip and it transformed my life! WOW who knew healthy foods especially smoothies can taste this good. I’m coming back here again and again. It’s so good to know there are people out there seeking to produce high quality, good foods. Thank you all for Your work!!!!

This was my first time visiting here! I received a complimentary shake and tea. Elle was super nice and helped me decide which shake flavor to choose since there were so many options. The place was very nice and clean, and everyone was really welcoming. I will definitely come back!
