Mr. Hemphill and his team were incredibly professional and caring, providing unparalleled support during the back-to-back passing of my grandmother and sister. They went above and beyond, even navigating the complexities of my grandmother's situation after the Altadena fires and dealing with the state cemetery bureau. Having also relied on them to bury my father during COVID, I can confidently say they are my family mortuary. They are consistently reliable, professional, and caring, even in the most difficult or unusual circumstances. You truly couldn't ask for a better staff.

I highly recommend using Hemphill Mortuary. I called multiple mortuaries in the area and they were the only ones who were upfront about their charges and didn't try to upsell anything. I don't live in the area and they were so patient with figuring out times that we could collect ashes/certificates/etc. I'm so grateful to them.
