Upon contacting Delo Floors after having issues with a previous company. They went ahead and came out to my home for a quote to install my already purchased LVP flooring and baseboards. Jose assured me the job could be done within my timeline. From start to finish the whole Staff at Delo Floors was very courteous and professional. Danny and Jeremy came to my location and were punctual daily. They were able to knock out my entire install in 4 days. This included flooring and baseboards in my entire house. We recently had Delo Floors install new laminate flooring throughout our entire home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Jose was great to work with. He came to our home several times to discuss the project, answer questions, and make sure everything was planned out. As the project went on, we kept adding more work, including a bathroom renovation, and he took it all on without hesitation.

Delo Floors was extremely helpful in the carpet selection process and installation. Jose went above and beyond to help me find the right carpet and even drove out to Big Bear to measure the rooms.
