I’ve been going here for the last four years and I have never had a bad experience, but today I want to write a review about Cynthia and Jennifer! They were very patient with my mother and I and were very attentive to us and have awesome feedback when we needed opinions on the (many) frames we were contemplating on. They were awesome on communication and have never given the impression that they were stressed during the rush I came in, which helped with the stress of it all. Overall, really great experience and I love coming here

Receptionist were quick and professional. I came here for a whole family check up and boy were they fast but exams were not rushed just perfect. I like the way Dr. Dean took his time and explained everything and broke it down and did offered solutions. My daughter ended up needing a patch and Dr. Dean explained why and even recommended where we can get eye patches. He is great with kids and was patient with my daughters and I want to say thank you for that. My daughter’s glasses came in the same week I believe it took about 4 days. Was able to use my vision insurance here and saved $. Another benefit is I received my glasses in one week exactly, ahead of schedule. I got a discount for 2nd pair same day purchase. Jennifer was extremely helpful and with so much patience.
