I had an outstanding experience with Reyna, the dispatcher at Chino’s Towing in San Bernardino. From the very first call, she set the tone for what true professionalism and customer care should look like. Being in a stressful situation, I was expecting a typical, rushed response—but instead, Reyna was calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring.
She listened carefully, asked all the right questions, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. What really stood out was her communication—she kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I was never left wondering what was going on. That level of attentiveness is rare and made a huge difference.
