Kalvin located the problem quickly with our backed up plumbing and worked hard to fix it. We are happy that it could be resolved so quickly. We always use Ballard for our plumbing issues and have never been disappointed.

Good service. But overpriced. I paid $250 for a hot water heater flush whereas with another company I just paid $95. I shouldn't have to pay more than double for that service.

We had a new FAU installed the new of July. AC worked great! In mid November, we needed to use the heater and discovered that something was wrong with our FAU. Our Tech Art, came out more than once to diagnose the challenging problems that these new "Low Nox", So called "Smart" units have created. Ballard's manager Danny, also went above and beyond to help figure out the issue that the new EPA regulations have created. A Great Big THANKS!, once again to Ballard!!

Someone from Ballard has come several times to do maintenance on my heater or air conditioner. The technicians arrive on time, are cheerful, clean and really nice. Their communications are clear and they make sure I understand what they have done. I highly recommended this company. I have a monthly payment plan, so I feel good about calling them twice a year.

Shopped around for best price and quality and Ballard won, and they did not disappoint had some minor hiccups but nothing they didn’t address and that’s what makes a business great! Shout out to whole crew but Ryan, Taylor and Angel. Vanessa was awesome and Jose from the construction department did an amazing job! You have a client for life!
